6Payment Processing

Deal Seed uses Stripe for payment processing. By using our Platform, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for any issues related to payment processing.

Referral fees paid out will equal the agreed amount (between service provider and referrer) minus a 2.9% + 30¢ transaction processing fee.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Deal Seed or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

8Limitation of Liability

Deal Seed is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
